Recent notable activities include hosting the 2022 United Nations Biodiversity Conference (COP15) and the 70th annual session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in November 2024. In 2025, it welcomed the 51st annual congress of the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD). The center was recognized in April 2026 with a Prix Distinction for "Business Event - best initiative" and is slated to host the FIGO World Congress in 2027.
