This investment is earmarked for accelerating advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), expanding fintech capabilities, and supporting international growth. Recent strategic moves include the launch of Mews Business Intelligence, an AI-powered product providing real-time insights for hoteliers, in April 2026. The company has also made several acquisitions, including DataChat (generative AI analytics platform) in October 2025, Atomize (revenue optimization platform) in November 2024, and Quotelo (event management platform) in November 2024. Led by founder Richard Valtr and CEO Matt Welle, Mews is consistently recognized for its innovation, having been named the #1 Property Management System for three consecutive years (2024, 2025, 2026) and the #1 Hotel Point of Sale System in 2026 by Hotel Tech Report.
