Founded in 1982, the company's mission is to "Inspire People to Make Everyday Eating Extraordinary." The company has been in a growth phase, opening new stores in various locations across the U.S. in late 2025 and early 2026, and recently launched an enhanced loyalty program, TFM Rewards!℠, and a redesigned mobile app on April 14, 2026.
