Jérôme Lecat co-founded Scality and serves as its global CEO, with Giorgio Regni as CTO. In April 2024, Peter Brennan was appointed as the first U.S. CEO of Scality Inc., while also maintaining his role as global CRO. Scality is a privately held company that has demonstrated profitability and anticipates strong double-digit growth. The company has recently focused on cyber-resilient storage for the AI era, announcing a $100,000 cyber guarantee for ARTESCA customers in March 2026 and forming partnerships with companies like HPE, WEKA, and F5 to enhance AI and data infrastructure. Scality achieved a 50% revenue increase in Q1 2022 and reported an exceptional Net Promoter Score of 85 in October 2025.
