The Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (QPAREB), also known by its French acronym APCIQ, is a non-profit association that serves as the representative body for real estate brokerage in Quebec. Established on January 1, 2019, through the merger of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (GMREB), the Chambre immobilière de Québec (CIQ), and the Chambre immobilière des Laurentides (CIL), its core mission is to support, train, inform, and defend the interests of its members. The association also actively promotes and develops the practice of real estate brokerage while advocating for homeownership. Its head office is located in Quebec City, with administrative offices in Montreal.

QPAREB provides a comprehensive suite of services to its more than 15,000 real estate brokers and agencies, representing over 92% of the province's real estate professionals. These services include support in professional practices, information validation, legal affairs, political representation, market analysis, communications, public relations, advertising, conciliation, arbitration, and training. The association also facilitates the collection, dissemination, and exchange of real estate information. QPAREB operates two key subsidiaries: Centris Inc., which manages the provincial real estate database and the public-facing Centris.ca website, and the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec, a real estate college.

In recent market analysis, QPAREB reported that residential sales in Quebec stabilized in the first quarter of 2026, though prices remained under pressure. The association also released its 2025 survey on buying and selling intentions, indicating stable intentions among Quebecers despite ongoing economic uncertainties. QPAREB has been the subject of an ongoing investigation by the Competition Bureau Canada since 2023 regarding its real estate data sharing practices, with the association affirming its full cooperation and belief in the compliance of its practices. Serge Brousseau serves as the current President of QPAREB.
