Educational Testing Service (ETS) is the world's largest private, nonprofit educational testing and assessment organization, founded in 1947. Headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, its mission is to advance quality and equity in education by providing fair and valid assessments, research, and related services.

ETS develops and administers a wide range of standardized tests for K–12, higher education, and workforce development globally. Key products include the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication), GRE (Graduate Record Examinations), and The Praxis Series for teacher licensure and certification. The organization also provides assessment products and solutions for credentialing, talent, and workforce needs.

Under the leadership of President and CEO Amit Sevak, ETS maintains its position as a leader in educational measurement, administering over 50 million tests annually across more than 180 countries. The organization has been focusing on digital transformation and AI-powered assessment, notably acquiring PSI Services LLC in 2024 and establishing ETS Strategic Capital to invest in emerging edtech startups.
