The deal, completed today for €10.4 million in cash plus €1 million in potential performance-based earnouts, marks a significant strategic pivot for Senstar, integrating cutting-edge 3D laser-based sensing technology into its comprehensive suite of security solutions.

First announced in December 2025, the acquisition brings Blickfeld, a pre-existing partner and leader in 3D Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensors, fully into the Senstar fold. While Blickfeld will continue to operate autonomously as a subsidiary, the move signals a powerful fusion of traditional perimeter defense with the next generation of intelligent situational awareness, positioning the combined entity to tackle some of the most persistent challenges in physical security.

A Leap Beyond Traditional Security with 3D LiDAR

For decades, security has been defined by fences, cameras, and alarms. Senstar’s acquisition of Blickfeld represents a fundamental leap forward, moving from simple intrusion detection to intelligent environmental understanding.
