Zelluna specializes in pioneering allogeneic "off-the-shelf" T-cell receptor (TCR) guided natural killer (NK) cell therapies (TCR-NK) for the treatment of solid cancers. Its lead candidate, ZI-MA4-1, is the world's first MAGE-A4 targeting TCR-NK therapy, designed to address the challenges of treating various solid tumors by combining the precision of TCRs with the potency of NK cells.

Zelluna ASA was admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs on March 4, 2025, under the ticker ZLNA, following a business combination between Ultimovacs ASA and Zelluna Immunotherapy AS. The company, led by CEO Namir Hassan, transitioned to a clinical-stage entity with the submission of its first Clinical Trial Application (CTA) for ZI-MA4-1 to the UK MHRA in December 2025, with initial Phase I clinical data anticipated from mid-2026. In November 2025, Zelluna successfully raised NOK 58 million to advance its lead program into clinical trials.
