Headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, the company's mission is centered on consolidating the Chibougamau Mining Camp in northern Quebec and enhancing shareholder value through strategic exploration and discovery of new mineral resources.
The company's portfolio focuses on gold, copper, zinc, precious and base metals, as well as lithium and rare earth elements. Its key projects are located across Quebec, particularly within the Chibougamau Mining Camp and the James Bay region, and in Ontario near the Red Lake Mining Camp. In June 2026, the company commenced an Audio-Frequency Magnetotelluric (AMT) geophysical survey at its Berrigan mine project. This followed the completion of an extension drilling program and the launch of a major prospecting and geophysical campaign across its Chibougamau properties in May 2026. Earlier in January 2026, deep drilling results from the Berrigan Mine identified a new "Berrigan Deep" zone. The company also fulfilled initial two-year option commitments with SOQUEM for several properties in November 2025. As of June 26, 2026, TomaGold maintains a market capitalization of approximately $11.85 million.
