Thrust Flight is a privately held professional flight training academy headquartered in Addison, Texas. Founded in 2006, the company's core mission is to produce safe, confident, and disciplined pilots with a high degree of professionalism, aiming to provide partnered airlines with highly capable aviators. The organization transitioned its focus exclusively to professional pilot training in 2017, having initially started with aircraft sales.

Thrust Flight is best known for its "Zero Time to Airline®" program, an accelerated, all-in-one curriculum designed to take aspiring pilots from no prior experience to airline readiness. The company offers a comprehensive range of flight training, including Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot (single and multi-engine), and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII) certifications. Training is conducted using a modern fleet of aircraft, such as Piper Archer TX and Piper Seminole, equipped with advanced avionics, alongside simulator-based instruction. Thrust Flight also operates the Thrust Institute of Maintenance, a Part 147 Aviation Maintenance Technician school, and Texas Aircraft Maintenance, a Part 145 certified repair station.

In September 2024, Thrust Flight underwent a recapitalization led by private investment firm Summit Park, in partnership with AltitudeX Aviation and the company's founder and CEO, Patrick Arnzen. The company has expanded its presence with multiple campuses across Texas and Arizona, including Addison, Denison, Conroe, Fort Worth, and Phoenix. Thrust Flight was recognized on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America and has been named a United Aviate-Participating Flight School, offering a direct pathway to United Airlines.
