Team Boxing League

Team Boxing League (TBL) is a professional sports league that reimagines boxing through a team-based competition format. Its mission is to disrupt the traditional boxing industry by offering a fresh, high-energy approach that appeals to a modern audience. The league's headquarters are located in Boston, Massachusetts.

TBL organizes professional boxing matches featuring 12 city-based teams, each comprising both male and female athletes. The innovative format includes 24 three-minute, one-round contests across various weight classes, emphasizing continuous action and team strategy. Beyond live events, TBL provides broadcast content through partnerships with networks like MSG Networks and streaming services such as Fubo, and offers official team merchandise.

Under the leadership of CEO and Co-founder Kevin Cassidy, Team Boxing League is currently in its fourth season, having recently secured a significant broadcast agreement with MSG Networks in April 2026 to expand its reach. The league distinguishes itself as the first team-based professional boxing league, the first to feature male and female athletes competing side-by-side in a professional team setting, and the first boxing promotion to implement 3-minute female rounds. TBL also holds a dedicated category on BoxRec, the official record keeper for boxing.
