Tamarack Resort, LLC
Tamarack Resort is a privately held, four-season destination resort located in Valley County, Idaho, approximately 90 miles north of Boise. The resort's mission is to deliver memorable experiences across its mountains, meadows, and lake, providing exceptional service and fostering a modern-mountain community. Its corporate office is situated at 311 Village Drive, West Central Mountains, ID 83615.
The resort offers a comprehensive range of products and services, positioning itself as America's only ski, golf, and lake resort. Key offerings include skiing and snowboarding on 2,800 vertical feet of terrain, mountain biking, an 18-hole championship golf course (Osprey Meadows), and a variety of lake activities on Lake Cascade such as kayaking, paddle-boarding, and fishing. Additionally, Tamarack provides diverse lodging options, fine dining, spa services, hiking, ziplining, whitewater rafting, and event spaces, catering to families, thrill-seekers, and nature enthusiasts.
Under the leadership of President Scott Turlington, appointed in April 2020, Tamarack Resort has undergone a significant multi-year, $200 million revitalization, largely completed by the 2025-2026 winter season. This transformation has enhanced its village, mountain facilities, lodging, dining, and guest experiences. Notable recent developments include the reopening of the restored Osprey Meadows Golf Course in July 2024 and the upcoming debut of a full-service, 100-slip marina on Lake Cascade in summer 2026. In June 2026, the resort experienced a temporary closure of its lift-served mountain biking due to windstorm damage to the Tamarack Express Chairlift, with repairs estimated to take 3-5 weeks. Tamarack Resort is recognized as a premier destination, having been featured by publications such as Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, and The Wall Street Journal.
