The company operates globally, providing a wide array of digital audio services, music and video content distribution, business solutions, and advertising services.
Stingray's offerings include curated ad-free music channels, FAST channels, subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) services, in-store music and digital signage solutions, karaoke products, and various music apps. The company also owns and operates numerous radio stations under Stingray Radio and provides advertising solutions through Stingray Advertising. Its content and services are distributed across multiple platforms, including digital cable TV, satellite TV, IPTV, OTT, internet, mobile devices, game consoles, and connected cars, serving cable and telecom companies, retailers, small and medium businesses, and direct consumers in approximately 160 countries.
Eric Boyko serves as the President, Co-Founder, and CEO of Stingray Group Inc. In a significant strategic move, Stingray acquired TuneIn Holdings, Inc. in November 2025, a transaction valued at up to US$175 million, which substantially expanded its global digital audio footprint and advertising capabilities. However, in June 2026, the company announced a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) due to a delay in filing its audited financial statements for fiscal year 2026, primarily attributed to the complexities of integrating recent acquisitions, including TuneIn. Despite reporting increased revenues in Q4 2026, the company also recorded a net loss due to goodwill, licensing, and restructuring charges within its radio division. Stingray also recently launched its new channel, Stingray Hooked, on The Roku Channel in the United States.
