Parse Biosciences is a Seattle, Washington-based life sciences company dedicated to accelerating advancements in human health and scientific research through its scalable single-cell sequencing solutions. The company's mission is to empower researchers with accessible and efficient tools for cellular analysis. Its headquarters are located at 700 Dexter Avenue North, Suite 600, Seattle, WA 98109.

The company's core offerings revolve around its proprietary Evercode™ platform, which utilizes split-pool combinatorial barcoding for instrument-free, high-throughput RNA workflows. Key products include Evercode Whole Transcriptome, Evercode TCR, Evercode BCR, Evercode Fixation, Gene Select, and CRISPR Detect. Parse Biosciences also provides the cloud-based Trailmaker™ software for intuitive data analysis and GigaLab, a high-throughput sequencing service. These solutions are applied across diverse research areas such as cancer treatment, tissue repair, stem cell therapy, kidney and liver disease, brain development, and immunology, serving academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical researchers globally.

Co-founded by CEO Alex Rosenberg and CTO Charles Roco, Parse Biosciences has established itself as a leader in accessible and scalable single-cell sequencing. In November 2025, QIAGEN announced its acquisition of Parse Biosciences for $225 million, with the transaction expected to close in December 2025, making Parse Biosciences an operating subsidiary of QIAGEN. The company has been involved in patent litigation, notably winning a dispute against 10x Genomics in August 2026 when a US Appeals Court invalidated patents asserted against Parse. However, a separate U.S. jury ruling in August 2026 found Parse Biosciences, as part of QIAGEN, willfully infringed three patents licensed to a 10x Genomics subsidiary, awarding over $4.8 million in damages. Parse Biosciences currently serves over 3,000 customers in more than 40 countries.
