Operation HOPE, Inc. is an American non-profit organization dedicated to advancing economic opportunity and financial dignity for all. Founded in 1992 by John Hope Bryant, the organization's mission is to make free enterprise and capitalism work for everyone, particularly in underserved communities, by disrupting poverty and empowering low- and moderate-income youth and adults. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Operation HOPE aims to move America from civil rights to "silver rights" through financial literacy and empowerment.

The organization provides a broad array of individualized services and programs, including financial education, one-on-one coaching, and courses focused on credit score improvement, homeownership, and small business development. Key initiatives include the "HOPE Inside" model, which delivers financial coaching in community and workplace settings, and programs specifically tailored for youth, adults, and disaster survivors. Operation HOPE also offers financial consulting services free of charge to individuals and small businesses, aiming to turn check-cashing customers into banking customers, renters into homeowners, and aspiring entrepreneurs into business owners.

Under the leadership of Founder, Chairman, and CEO John Hope Bryant, Operation HOPE continues to expand its reach and impact. Recent initiatives include the launch of HOPE AI™, a national strategy for inclusive financial and AI literacy in partnership with various organizations, and the annual Green Socks Day Challenge to promote financial literacy. The organization also announced a partnership with SCORE to support small businesses, particularly through its 1 Million Black Business Initiative (1MBB), which has facilitated the creation of nearly 400,000 new Black businesses since 2020. Operation HOPE received its 11th consecutive 4-star rating from Charity Navigator in 2024, recognizing its adherence to best practices and financial effectiveness, and has served over 4.2 million individuals in its 30-year history.
