The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) is a professional association representing nearly 100,000 REALTOR® members across Ontario. Founded in 1922, its core mission is to support its members in building stronger communities and to serve as the province's primary advocate for home and property ownership, industry standards, and prosperous communities. OREA's headquarters are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

OREA provides a wide array of services to its members, including publications, educational programs, and specialized services. Historically, it offered real estate registration courses through the OREA Real Estate College, a role now primarily handled by Humber College in partnership with NIIT Canada. The association is also known for developing and publishing standardized forms used in real estate transactions across the province. Additionally, OREA advocates for pro-homeownership policies, works to address housing affordability, and supports charitable initiatives through the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation.

In recent leadership changes, Kim Fairley assumed the role of OREA President in March 2026, and Luigi Favaro was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 2, 2025. The association actively engages in current industry issues, including publishing reports on solutions for rising development charges and advocating for enhanced oversight of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) following a brokerage scandal in 2025. OREA also addresses emerging topics such as the ethical use of artificial intelligence in real estate listings, emphasizing the need for clear disclosure to maintain public trust.
