OMODA & JAECOO represents two distinct automotive brands operating under the umbrella of Chery Automobile, a state-owned manufacturer headquartered in Wuhu, Anhui, China. The brands were established to support Chery's global export strategy, focusing exclusively on markets outside of China. Their overarching vision is to "Co-create a better life with young people" by reshaping the future of intelligent and sustainable mobility.

OMODA specializes in futuristic, tech-forward urban crossovers, aiming to lead the new energy vehicle (NEV) movement with models like the OMODA C5, OMODA E5, and OMODA C7. JAECOO, conversely, focuses on redefining the urban off-road SUV experience, offering premium, high-performance vehicles such as the JAECOO J5, JAECOO J7, and JAECOO J8. Both brands offer a diverse range of internal combustion engine (ICE), hybrid (Super Hybrid System - SHS), and electric vehicle (EV) powertrains.
