This deal was completed in November 2024, resulting in the delisting of Nuvei's shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. Philip Fayer, the company's founder, remains as Chairman and CEO, continuing to lead the company's operations from its Montreal headquarters. Nuvei processed over $200 billion in total volume in 2023 and operates in more than 200 markets globally, positioning itself as a key player in the fintech industry.
