Nova Minerals Limited
Nova Minerals Limited is an Australian-based gold, antimony, and critical minerals exploration and development company headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. The company's mission is to advance its flagship Estelle Project in Alaska towards becoming a world-class gold producer and to establish a domestic U.S. supply chain for antimony, a critical mineral.
The core of Nova Minerals' operations is the 85%-owned Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project, located in Alaska's prolific Tintina Gold Belt. This district-scale project spans 514 square kilometers and hosts over 20 identified gold and antimony prospects, including two multi-million-ounce gold resources (Korbel and RPM). The company is actively engaged in exploration and development, aiming to define and de-risk these substantial gold and antimony deposits.
Recently, Nova Minerals has focused on advancing its dual-commodity strategy, notably securing a US$43.4 million award from the U.S. Department of War to develop a domestic antimony supply chain, with production targeted for late 2026 or early 2027. The company also announced its intention to redomicile to the United States by June 2026 to better align with its investor base and enhance access to U.S. capital markets and government programs. Christopher Gerteisen serves as the CEO.
