However, the company has undergone a significant strategic pivot, expanding into the global homeland security and advanced technologies sector through its wholly-owned subsidiary, KeepZone AI Inc. This new focus involves developing and integrating AI-enhanced homeland security solutions, including counter-drone systems, RF spectrum intelligence, perimeter intrusion detection, and 3D geospatial visualization, aiming to build multi-layered security ecosystems for critical infrastructure.

This strategic shift culminated in a corporate rebranding from Jeffs' Brands Ltd to Nexera Technologies Ltd, with the new name and NASDAQ ticker symbol (NEXR) becoming effective on March 26 and March 31, 2026, respectively. Under the leadership of CEO Eliyahu Zamir, appointed in August 2025, the company has been divesting certain retail assets to concentrate on its new direction in homeland security and advanced technologies.
