NeoVolta Inc. is a clean-energy technology company that designs, manufactures, and sells high-end energy storage systems (ESS) for residential and commercial applications. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Poway, California, the company's mission is to provide reliable, fire-safe lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology, enabling homeowners and businesses to store and utilize solar energy, reduce utility costs, and ensure backup power during grid outages.

The company's product portfolio includes integrated battery storage systems such as the NV14, NV24, NVPlus, NV7600 stand-alone inverter, and the NV16 kW AC hybrid inverter. NeoVolta has also expanded into commercial and industrial (C&I) battery energy storage systems, offering a 250 kW / 430 kWh solution. The company has also increased its ownership in NeoVolta Power to 80% and secured a $1.9 million purchase order from Luminia for C&I battery systems in early 2026, signaling a strategic focus on expanding its manufacturing footprint with a planned U.S. battery energy storage facility in Georgia.
