Nano-X Imaging Ltd., commonly known as Nanox, is an Israeli medical imaging technology company headquartered in Petah Tikva. Founded in 2011, the company's core business revolves around developing and commercializing digital X-ray source technology with the mission to make diagnostic medicine more accessible and affordable globally, thereby promoting early detection and preventive healthcare.

The company's primary offerings include the Nanox System, an integrated solution comprising the Nanox.ARC, a multi-source digital tomosynthesis imaging system utilizing a novel digital X-ray source, and Nanox.CLOUD, a companion cloud-based software platform. Beyond hardware, Nanox provides teleradiology services, which currently represent its primary revenue driver, alongside AI-based imaging solutions (Nanox.AI) and the Nanox.MARKETPLACE, which connects imaging facilities with radiologists for remote interpretation.

Under the leadership of CEO Erez Meltzer, Nanox has recently focused on expanding the commercialization of its Nanox.ARC system, securing distribution and commercial agreements in the United States and receiving CE mark certification for the system in Europe. However, the company reported a net loss in Q4 2025, partly due to an impairment charge related to its Korean chip manufacturing facility, and announced a change in its CFO. Nanox aims to disrupt the medical imaging market by offering more cost-effective and accessible solutions compared to traditional systems.
