Mplify Alliance
Mplify Alliance is a global, non-profit industry association dedicated to accelerating the AI-powered digital economy through collaboration, standardization, automation, and certification. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, its mission is to amplify global network and service innovation, interoperability, and resilience.
The alliance focuses on defining and advancing key technologies and frameworks, including Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) for AI, Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) APIs for automation, and comprehensive cybersecurity certifications covering Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), SD-WAN, and Zero Trust. Mplify also continues its foundational work in Carrier Ethernet. Its diverse membership includes enterprises, service providers, cloud providers, data center operators, technology providers, and systems integrators, all working to establish dynamic, assured, and certified digital services.
Formerly known as the MEF Forum, the organization rebranded to Mplify Alliance in June 2025 to better reflect its expanded scope and focus on the AI-driven digital economy. The leadership team includes Co-Chief Executive Officers Daniele Mancuso and Franck Morales, Chief Operating Officer Kevin Vachon, Chief Technology Officer Pascal Menezes, and Chief Product Officer Daniel Bar-Lev. Mplify is actively positioning the industry for an "AI internet" by developing standards and APIs that enable scalable, multi-provider NaaS and AI-ready connectivity.
