The Foundation's core initiatives are structured around three pillars: Education, Empowerment, and Community Giving. Through these, it aims to drive blockchain literacy via scholarships, youth programs, academic partnerships, and open-source learning. Empowerment efforts include supporting underrepresented builders, student hackathons, mentorships, and incubator programs to create pathways for diverse talent. The Foundation focuses on addressing talent shortages and accessibility barriers in Web3, particularly in underrepresented regions worldwide.

Launched in August 2025 with a $30 million initiative, MEXC Foundation aims to accelerate Web3 growth and adoption. Following its official debut, the Foundation introduced scholarships and mentorship programs in late 2025, with plans for full-scale mentorship and career placement initiatives in early 2026. This strategic move positions the MEXC Foundation as a key player in promoting sustainable ecosystem building within the cryptocurrency industry's corporate responsibility landscape. The broader MEXC Group, which the Foundation is part of, appointed Vugar Usi as CEO in April 2026, signaling a commitment to international expansion and a user-centric philosophy for the exchange.
