MedStar Health is a not-for-profit regional healthcare system headquartered in Columbia, Maryland. Its mission is "To serve our patients, those who care for them, and our communities," with a vision to be a trusted leader in caring for people and advancing health. The organization operates over 120 entities, including ten hospitals, across the Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area, making it a significant healthcare provider in the region.

The system offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services, encompassing acute care through its hospitals, extensive outpatient treatments, and urgent care facilities. In late 2025, the organization experienced a data incident that compromised patient information, leading to a class-action settlement. More recently, in June 2026, MedStar Health introduced new treatments for high blood pressure and continued its community engagement through health events.
