MAHA Action, Inc.

MAHA Action, Inc. is a 501(c)(4) non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to the "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA) movement. Its core mission is to organize and empower Americans to advocate for a healthier nation and reverse the chronic disease epidemic by promoting lasting reforms to public health policies. The organization was formed in 2024 and is headquartered in Vienna, Virginia.

MAHA Action focuses on five key areas: prioritizing health in midterm elections, rebuilding the food system for real food, restoring public trust in government agencies, advocating for a healing-focused medical system, and reducing toxic loads from food, drugs, pesticides, and vaccines. It engages in legislative tracking at both state and federal levels, highlighting relevant bills, and facilitates citizen engagement with lawmakers. The organization champions a clean and transparent food industry, advocating for organic and healthy food access, and promoting accountability for food companies regarding ingredients and marketing. It also supports preventive and holistic healthcare approaches.

Founded by Tony Lyons, who also serves as president of the MAHA Institute, MAHA Action is closely aligned with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the broader MAHA agenda. The organization emerged from Kennedy's 2024 presidential campaign, with key personnel from that campaign joining its leadership. MAHA Action functions as the lobbying arm of the MAHA Institute, a think tank promoting the "Make America Healthy Again" agenda. It has been active in national ad campaigns and tracks legislative successes, influencing state and federal policies, including initiatives within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under Secretary Kennedy.
