The company's primary asset is the Yellowknife Lithium Project in the Northwest Territories, Canada, which encompasses mineral leases covering a significant portion of the Yellowknife Pegmatite Province and boasts an inferred resource of 50.4 million tonnes at 1.00% Li₂O. Li-FT Power also holds other projects in the Northwest Territories, including DeStaffany, LDG, Mackay, and Cali, as well as early-stage exploration properties such as Rupert, Pontax, and Moyenne in Quebec. Led by CEO Leonard Francis MacDonald and Executive Chairman Anthony Tse, Li-FT Power is strategically advancing its projects, including commencing a 2026 Environmental Baseline Data Collection Program and a Lithium Carbonate Converter Scoping Study for the Yellowknife Lithium Project. The company recently closed an acquisition for an additional 25% interest in the Galinée Property in Quebec and appointed Jeff Reinson as Senior Vice President of Development. Despite a downturn in the lithium market, Li-FT Power maintains a strong capital position with C$40.1 million in cash (pro forma) and is pursuing an aggressive development strategy to capitalize on future market recovery.
