The Kwanza Jones & José E. Feliciano Initiative is a philanthropic grantmaking and impact investment organization headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Operating under the brand SUPERCHARGED by Kwanza Jones, its core mission is to empower individuals and organizations to improve the world by fostering knowledge and networks that help them fulfill their potential.

The Initiative focuses its efforts across four key pillars: education, entrepreneurship, equity, and empowerment, deploying strategic investments and grants within these sectors. Through the SUPERCHARGED brand, it offers personal development resources, motivational content, and cultivates an online community known as the "Boost Friends™ Community."

Co-founded by Kwanza Jones, who also serves as CEO of SUPERCHARGED, and José E. Feliciano, the organization has committed over $250 million to its various initiatives, with more than $150 million specifically allocated to support women and diverse founders and businesses. The Initiative also hosts annual "SUPERCHARGED® Summits" designed to inspire personal and professional growth.
