KH Group Oyj is a Nordic conglomerate headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, that has undergone a strategic transformation from a private equity investment company into an industrial group. The company's mission is to support sustainable construction and society's critical functions. It was formerly known as Sievi Capital Oyj and adopted the name KH Group Oyj in May 2023.

The company's core operations are structured around two primary business areas: KH-Koneet and Nordic Rescue Group. KH-Koneet is a leading supplier of construction and earth-moving machinery in the Nordic countries, providing sales and rental services for equipment used in earthworks, property maintenance, and material handling, representing brands such as Kobelco, Kramer, Wacker Neuson, and Yanmar. The Nordic Rescue Group specializes in the manufacture and supply of rescue vehicles, operating under the Saurus brand in Finland and Sala Brand in Sweden.

In line with its strategic shift, KH Group completed the divestment of its investment in Indoor Group in November 2025, allowing it to concentrate fully on its industrial businesses, KH-Koneet and Nordic Rescue Group. Carl Haglund serves as the CEO. The company is focused on investing in the growth of its core businesses and strengthening its financial position, evidenced by new financing agreements totaling EUR 33.5 million secured in March 2026 to support the Group's refinancing and growth initiatives.
