Michael LaRouche and Nicholas Veasey have been appointed as the CEO-designate and CFO-designate, respectively, for this new company. Stuart J. B. Bradie serves as KBR's Chair, President, and CEO, with Shad Evans appointed as CFO effective January 5, 2026. KBR continues to secure major contracts, including an $8 billion Antarctic Science and Engineering Support Contract from the U.S. National Science Foundation and a $95 million digital engineering contract for the U.S. Space Force, underscoring its market position in addressing critical global challenges.
