IQM Quantum Computers is a Finnish quantum computing hardware and software company headquartered in Espoo, Finland. Founded in 2018, its mission is to build world-leading quantum computers to benefit humankind. The company maintains a global presence with offices across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

IQM specializes in developing and commercializing full-stack quantum computers utilizing superconducting technology. Their product portfolio includes on-premises quantum computers such as IQM Spark, a 5-qubit system for universities and research labs; IQM Radiance, a 20-54 qubit platform for supercomputing centers; and IQM Halocene, designed for quantum error correction. On February 23, 2026, IQM announced its plan to become a publicly traded company through a merger with Real Asset Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: RAAQ), a special purpose acquisition company. This transaction values IQM at approximately $1.8 billion and is anticipated to make it the first European quantum computing company to be publicly listed, with American Depositary Shares expected to list on a major U.S. stock exchange and a potential dual listing on the Helsinki stock exchange. Jan Goetz, co-founder, assumed the role of sole CEO on January 1, 2026, to lead the company's next phase of global expansion. As of year-end 2025, IQM reported at least $35 million in revenue and over $100 million in bookings, having sold 21 systems to 13 customers and delivered 15 systems, including to four of the top 10 supercomputing centers globally.
