Inventiva S.A. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing oral small molecule therapies for diseases with significant unmet medical needs. Headquartered at 50 Rue de Dijon, 21121 Daix, France, the company's mission is to develop differentiated treatments for Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH) and other conditions, aiming to restore metabolic balance and target inflammation and fibrosis.

The company announced the repayment of European Investment Bank (EIB) loans and the issuance of new debt financing in June 2026, and also secured funding from BlackRock, Inc. and Claret Capital Partners Limited in the same month. Lanifibranor has received FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation, underscoring its potential in addressing MASH.
