Hivelocity is a privately held infrastructure-as-a-service provider headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Founded in 2002, the company's mission is to simplify hosting and drive customer success by providing reliable solutions that empower businesses.

Hivelocity offers a comprehensive suite of IT infrastructure services, including bare metal dedicated servers, virtual private servers (VPS), virtual dedicated servers (VDS), colocation, and private and enterprise cloud solutions. The company also provides managed services such as server management, firewall, backups, and cloud object storage. Hivelocity serves various market segments, including FinTech, Healthcare, Gaming, Streaming, SaaS, and supports AI inference and crypto validator workloads, operating across over 50 international locations on six continents.

In April 2024, Hivelocity was acquired by Colohouse, a portfolio company of Valterra Partners, and fully integrated in February 2025, continuing to operate under the Hivelocity brand. Jim Parks was appointed CEO in May 2026, succeeding Jeremy Pease. The company has strategically focused on its core bare metal, enterprise cloud, and virtual server offerings, including expanding its AI-ready infrastructure, and sold its Chicago and Miami colocation services business to Digital Realty in August 2025. Hivelocity also opened a new executive and sales office in Austin, Texas, in December 2025.
