In a significant development in March/April 2026, Guild Garage Group was acquired by Oak Hill Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, in a deal reportedly valued at over $800 million. Led by CEO Tim O'Reilly, the company continues its aggressive growth strategy, reportedly generating over $300 million in annual revenue, positioning itself as a major consolidator in the fragmented residential home services market.
