Le Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs et des travailleuses du Québec (FTQ) is a development capital fund established in 1983 by the Fédération des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec (FTQ) during a period of severe economic recession. Its core mission is to contribute to Quebec's economic growth by creating, maintaining, and safeguarding jobs through strategic investments in businesses across all sectors of the Quebec economy. The organization also aims to encourage retirement savings among Quebec workers. Its headquarters are located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

The Fonds de solidarité FTQ provides development capital and venture capital to eligible Quebec enterprises, offering support services and economic training for workers. It offers savings solutions, including RRSP+ (Registered Retirement Savings Plan) and non-RRSP shares, which are eligible for tax credits, as well as FlexiFonds mutual funds. The Fonds invests in over 4,600 partner companies, primarily focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Quebec.

As the largest development capital investment network in Quebec, the Fonds de solidarité FTQ reported net assets of $23.7 billion and over 828,000 shareholders as of May 31, 2026. Janie C. Béïque serves as the President and CEO, with Claude Séguin as the Chair of the Board. Recent notable activities include an investment of over $300 million in the renewable energy producer Innergex in July 2026, and continued investments in various Quebec businesses, such as Jus LOOP.
