Formerly known as Photonis Group until its rebranding in September 2023, Exosens has been actively expanding its capabilities. The company went public on Euronext Paris in June 2024 under the ticker EXENS. Recent developments include securing €140 million in financing from the European Investment Bank in June 2026 to support research, development, and innovation in night vision and imaging technologies.
