Erdene Resource Development Corporation is a Canada-based resource company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious and base metals in Mongolia. Incorporated in 2000, the company is headquartered in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. Its mission is to bring its projects into production and develop a multi-mine, multi-commodity operation within the highly prospective Khundii Minerals District.

The company primarily explores for gold, copper, molybdenum, silver, lead, and zinc deposits.
