The Dredging & Infra segment handles capital and maintenance dredging, land reclamation, port construction, coastal protection, and marine infrastructure projects. Through its Concessions arm, DEME invests in and develops projects in offshore wind, marine infrastructure, green hydrogen, and deep-sea mineral harvesting.

Led by CEO Luc Vandenbulcke, DEME Group is a publicly traded company on Euronext Brussels. The company reported record performance in 2025, driven significantly by its Offshore Energy division. Recent activities include signing a 25-year concession contract for Brazil's Port of Paranaguá access channel in March 2026 and initiating a new share buyback program. DEME also completed the acquisition of Havfram, an offshore wind installation contractor, in 2025, further strengthening its position in the offshore wind market.
