Conexeu Sciences Inc.
Conexeu Sciences Inc. is a preclinical-stage regenerative tissue platform company focused on developing a new class of wound care and aesthetic products. The company's mission, encapsulated by its slogan "Architecting Bioregeneration™," centers on innovative tissue research in regenerative medicine, specifically the development and commercialization of cellular therapies for skin restoration. Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, Conexeu Sciences was incorporated in November 2022 and later domesticated to Nevada in April 2025.
At the core of Conexeu's offerings is its patented CXU™ platform, a bioregenerative extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffold. This injectable, thermosensitive collagen-based material is designed to remain liquid at room temperature and then gel at body temperature within approximately ten minutes, creating a temporary structural framework. This scaffold encourages the body's own cells to migrate, proliferate, and remodel, promoting natural tissue formation and regeneration. Key applications include wound care (such as burns, acute wounds, and diabetic ulcers), medical aesthetics (facial rejuvenation, soft tissue fillers, and body contouring, including addressing GLP-1-associated tissue loss), and reconstructive surgery, exemplified by its B.R.E.A.S.T.™ program for breast reconstruction. The CXU™ platform and its lead candidate, Ten-Minute Tissue™, are currently investigational products and have not yet received FDA clearance or approval.
Conexeu Sciences became publicly traded on Nasdaq under the ticker CNXU around May 2026. The company is led by President and CEO Miles Harrison, appointed in November 2025, with co-founder David Bogart serving as Chief Commercial Officer. Conexeu is actively advancing manufacturing scale-up and regulatory testing, targeting a 510(k) submission to the FDA in the first quarter of 2027 for its initial indication. The company is strategically positioned to address the growing demand for regenerative approaches in medical aesthetics, particularly those related to soft tissue changes resulting from GLP-1 weight loss, and continues to expand its research and development capabilities, including a Vancouver R&D facility opened in June 2026.
