Cohen Veterans Network (CVN) is a national non-profit philanthropic organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for post-9/11 veterans, active duty service members, and their families. Its mission is to strengthen mental health outcomes and complement existing support by providing high-quality, accessible, and integrated mental health care. The organization's headquarters are located in Stamford, Connecticut.

CVN operates a network of Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics that offer personalized, evidence-based mental health care for a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, adjustment challenges, anger, grief and loss, family issues, relationship problems, and children's behavioral problems. Beyond therapy, the network provides comprehensive case management support and referrals for related needs such as unemployment, finances, housing, and legal assistance. Services are available both in-person and through telehealth, ensuring care is accessible regardless of discharge status or ability to pay.

Founded by philanthropist Steven A. Cohen, CVN is led by President and CEO Dr. Anthony M. Hassan, with General Joseph L. Lengyel serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2026, CVN is celebrating its 10-year anniversary, anticipating reaching milestones of serving 100,000 clients and delivering 1,000,000 clinical sessions since its inception. The network continues to expand, recently opening its 24th clinic in Manhattan, Kansas, in April 2026, and is extending its reach internationally with plans for clinics on U.S. military bases in Japan and South Korea. In 2022, CVN also launched the Cohen Veterans Network Institute for Quality (CVN-IQ) to advance behavioral health research.
