CIM Group is a privately held real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 1994 by Shaul Kuba, Richard Ressler, and Avi Shemesh, the firm's core mission is to create value and enhance communities through its investments in real assets.

The company operates across three primary platforms: real estate equity, infrastructure, and credit.
