As the largest MLS in the United States, Bright MLS is actively positioning itself as an AI-native enterprise, exemplified by the appointment of Rajeev Sajja as Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer in January 2026. Brian Donnellan serves as the President and CEO. In May 2026, Bright MLS announced a nationwide partnership with Compass, making Compass's national data available to Bright MLS subscribers and subsidizing subscriptions for agents, further expanding its influence and data cooperation efforts.
