Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund (BPRE) is a publicly traded closed-end fund listed on the New York Stock Exchange, offering investors dedicated access to private real estate. The fund aims to deliver consistent current income and long-term capital appreciation. It is sponsored by Bluerock, a leading institutional alternative asset manager headquartered in New York, NY, which was founded in 2002 by R. Ramin Kamfar.

BPRE invests in private real estate through an underlying sub-REIT structure, focusing on high-growth, next-generation real estate sectors such as institutional-grade net lease (NNN), shallow bay industrial, and real estate credit. The broader Bluerock organization manages a diverse portfolio of real estate and credit investment strategies, offering a suite of public and private investment programs, including non-traded REITs, interval funds, and institutional managed accounts.

Formerly known as Bluerock Total Income+ Real Estate Fund, BPRE listed on the NYSE in December 2025. Since its listing, the fund has been executing a strategic capital rotation plan, transitioning from a fund-of-funds structure to direct real estate investments. As of July 2026, BPRE has closed approximately $250 million in direct real estate investments and has an additional $450 million under contract or in its pipeline. The fund has also consistently increased its distributions, marking its fourth increase to an annualized rate of 7% on net asset value for June 2026. R. Ramin Kamfar serves as the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Bluerock, with Ryan S. MacDonald as Chief Investment Officer, and Tyler Kimball recently appointed as Managing Director, Head of Real Estate Credit in May 2026.
