In January 2024, the company rebranded from Banyan Tree Group to Banyan Group to better reflect its expanded multi-brand strategy. The Group achieved a significant milestone in 2025 by reaching 100 properties worldwide with the opening of Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree in Singapore. Under the leadership of Founder and Executive Chairman Ho Kwon Ping and Deputy CEO Ho Ren Yung, Banyan Group reported strong financial results for FY25, with revenue increasing by 25%. The company continues its strategic expansion, including its debut in the United States with Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach in March 2026, reinforcing its market position as a global leader in sustainable and experiential hospitality.
