The company has secured a new 15-year lease agreement with a U.S.-based hyperscaler at its Delta Forge 1 AI Factory campus, adding approximately $7.5 billion to its contracted revenue base and bringing its total contracted lease revenue to over $23 billion. Applied Digital is positioning itself as a key provider of infrastructure for the generative AI revolution, notably operating a 100MW direct-to-chip liquid-cooled data center. The company also announced plans to spin off its Cloud division into ChronoScale through a merger with Ekso Bionics.
