Andersen Global

Andersen Global is an international association of legally separate, independent member firms that provides a comprehensive suite of professional services worldwide. Established in 2013 as a Swiss verein, its mission is to deliver best-in-class tax, legal, valuation, and advisory services with the highest standards, fostering a "one firm" approach to client service globally. While the association itself is privately held, its founding U.S. member firm, Andersen Group Inc. (formerly Andersen Tax LLC), went public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: ANDG) in December 2025.

The association's core offerings span tax, legal, valuation, financial advisory, and consulting services, catering to a diverse client base that includes individuals, families, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, businesses, and alternative investment funds. Andersen Global's member firms serve various market segments, including agriculture, banking, energy, real estate, retail, services, and technology. Under the leadership of Global Chairman and CEO Mark L. Vorsatz, Andersen Global has experienced rapid expansion, boasting over 19,000 professionals, more than 2,000 global partners, and a presence in over 500 locations across more than 170 countries as of May 2026. Recent strategic initiatives include the launch of Andersen Consulting on six continents in February 2025 and significant expansion of its global valuation practice. The association continues to focus on building a multidisciplinary platform, investing in advanced technologies like AI and tax-automation infrastructure to enhance service delivery and client insights.
