AIR is an Israeli aerospace company focused on developing electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The company's mission is to revolutionize everyday mobility by making personal flight accessible and sustainable, enabling individuals to "drive the sky." Its primary operations, including research and development, are based in Pardes Hanna-Karkur, Israel, with a significant presence in Fort Worth, Texas, USA, for flight testing, certification, and market development.

AIR's flagship product is the AIR ONE, a two-seater, all-electric eVTOL aircraft designed for individual consumer ownership, featuring "Fly-By-Intent" technology for simplified operation. In addition to personal aviation, the company also produces an uncrewed cargo eVTOL platform capable of carrying a 550-pound payload for one hour, targeting logistics, disaster response, and contested logistics applications.

In July/August 2025, AIR successfully closed a $23 million Series A funding round led by Entrée Capital. The AIR ONE design has been included in the FAA MOSAIC rule framework, positioning it to be among the first eVTOLs certified for personal use as Light Sport Aircraft. The company has also completed its first full transition to cruise flight with the AIR ONE and unveiled a production model eVTOL for cargo in December 2025, following initial deliveries to a logistics customer in late 2023. Rani Plaut serves as the CEO and Co-Founder, alongside co-founders Netanel Goldberg (COO) and Chen Rosen (CTO). AIR has secured over $1 billion in orders for its aircraft lineup.
