Aéroports de Montréal
Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) is a not-for-profit corporation responsible for the management, operation, and development of Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL) and Montréal–Mirabel International Airport (YMX). Established in 1992, ADM operates under a long-term lease with Transport Canada, which was extended until 2072. The organization is financially self-sustaining, receiving no government subsidies, and is headquartered in Dorval, Quebec, within the Montréal-Trudeau airport campus. Its core mission is to connect Montréal with the world, provide safe, secure, and efficient airport services, foster economic development in the Greater Montréal area, and ensure harmonious coexistence with the surrounding environment.
YUL Montréal–Trudeau International Airport serves as a major hub for domestic, transborder, and international passenger traffic, offering a wide array of services including ground transportation, commercial offerings, and passenger amenities. In contrast, YMX Montréal–Mirabel International Airport is dedicated to all-cargo operations and functions as a world-class aerospace and innovation hub. Beyond airport operations, ADM is also involved in real estate management and commercial services, and through its subsidiary ADM Services, it provides consulting and management services to other airports.
Yves Beauchamp has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ADM since September 5, 2023. The company is actively engaged in significant infrastructure projects at YUL, including the ongoing dismantling of a multi-level parking lot to construct a new, larger facility, which has led to temporary traffic adjustments. A project to establish an express train connection between YUL and downtown Montréal is also underway. In recent news, ADM announced its financial results for 2025 on March 30, 2026, and YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport received strong recognition in the 2026 Skytrax World Airport Awards. Additionally, ADM was named one of Montréal's top employers in 2026. A memorial was installed on April 25, 2026, at the airport to honor two Canadian pilots who died in a recent crash.
