This is achieved through “blown lift,” where the propellers blow air over the wings to generate lift at very low speeds. This capability unlocks the use of countless small, underutilized spaces for operations, from small airfields and helipads to, potentially, repurposed parking lots or fields, without requiring the massive energy expenditure of vertical lift.
