Most recently, as Senior Coordinator for Security Infrastructure at the U.S. Department of State, he held Deputy Assistant Secretary-level responsibility for critical programs including personnel security, industrial security, supply chain risk management, and insider threats. His current role as Chair of the influential Intelligence and National Security Alliance-Security Policy Reform Council (INSA-SPRC) places him at the center of public-private dialogue on reforming security policies, offering TechnoMile an invaluable perspective on future compliance challenges.

Isaiah “Ike” Rivers offers a similarly impressive 42-year career spanning military, government, and industry. A retired U.S. Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer, Rivers is a nationally recognized expert in Department of Defense and Intelligence Community industrial security programs. His expertise is particularly relevant in one of the most dynamic and critical new domains: space. As the Chief Security Officer for Astranis Space Technologies Corp., he is building a security program from the ground up to safeguard critical satellite systems and ground infrastructure. Crucially, Rivers also serves as the Industry Spokesperson for the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC), a body that advises the President and Secretary of Defense on industrial security policy.
